目前,核心企业绩效评价存在着绩效评价体系不健全、评价方法不易使用和数据收集难度大等问题,针对这些问题,建立了一套指标评价体系,采用一种定性和定量相结合的评价方法-模糊综合评判法,对案例企业进行了实证分析.结果表明,此评价体系具有一定的正确性和实用性.%In this paper, we established an index evaluation system to deal with the problems in the performance evaluation of core enterprises and then used the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to empirically studied the case of a typical enterprise.
