在知识经济的今天,企业文化代表了企业品牌和核心竞争力的发展方向.从物流企业的人才现状人手,分析了物流企业人才培养中的主要问题,建立了偏好约束锥企业文化DEA模型,期望通过物流企业与企业文化间的博弈分析,找到改善物流企业人才现状的对策.%In this paper, we analyzed the main problems in the talent training of logistics enterprises, established the preferential-cone DEA model of enterpriseculture and looked forward to finding the countermeasures for the improvement of the talent situation of logistics enterprises through analyzing the game between logistics enterprises and enterprise culture.
