The paper first analyzes the problems in the traditional inventory strategies of the tobacco industry and then introduces the VMI model and studies the feasibility of it being applied in the tobacco industry, on the basis of which, it proposes some supportive measures.%通过分析烟草行业传统的库存策略,指出其存在的问题；介绍了VMI库存管理模式,对VMI的应用进行可行性分析,在此基础上提出相关措施.
