价值工程理论下物流企业人力资源价值评估研究

         

摘要

从价值工程理论的角度审视了现代物流企业人力资源价值评估的问题,对物流企业的人力资源能力与其成本费用投入之间的关系进行了研究,对物流企业的人力资源价值进行了综合评估.在对物流企业人力资源价值评估方法进行综述的基础上,重点介绍了价值工程理论人力资源价值评估的内涵和方法,最后对某个具体的物流企业市场销售部门人员的人力资源价值评估进行了实证分析,并根据评估结果提出了相关的建议和对策.%In this paper, from the perspective of value engineering, we reviewed the problem of value evaluation of the human resources of modern logistics enterprises, studied the relationship between the human resource competence of the enterprises and its cost investment and evaluated comprehensively the human resource value of these enterprises. Then on the basis of a summary of the available evaluation method in this respect, we mainly introduced the connotation and method of human resource valuation in the value engineering theory, then conducted an empirical analysis on the human resource value of the personnel at the marketing and sales department of a certain logistics enterprise, and accordingly proposed the suggestions and countermeasures for improvement.
