定制生产的产品快速报价信息系统研究

摘要

从工程实际出发，建立能对原料市场价格快速响应的报价信息系统。针对定制生产企业的报价过程进行需求分析，建立报价信息关键点的映射关系，在产品分解过程中实施模块化管理，并在信息系统中实现上述功能，降低了工程、采购人员的劳动强度，提高了企业报价的速度和准确性。%In this paper, we built a quotation information platform capable of quick responding to the price on the raw material market, then in view of the demand of the customized production for the quotation process of the enterprises, established the mapped relationship among the key quotation information points, and at the end, proposed to implement modular management in the product decomposition process.
