珠三角地区敏捷保税物流通关模式及其应用研究

摘要

珠三角各地区的海关和企业在长期实践中形成了“普通申报通关”和“跨境快速通关”两种模式，并成功采用了多种敏捷保税物流运作策略。为了推广和应用珠三角地区敏捷保税物流运作策略，将这些策略总结为“效率性、功能性、效益性、区域性”四种策略，并从适应企业、适用区域、策略价值和限制条件四个方面进行了分析。%In this paper, in order to apply and promote the agile bonded logistics operation strategies in the Zhujiang River Delta region, we summarized four classes of such strategies, which were efficiency-oriented, function-based, benefit-oriented and regional-specific, and analyzed them on the aspects of suitable enterprises, suitable regions, strategic value and limiting condition.
