基于新鲜度动态折扣定价生鲜品生产计划研究

     

摘要

In this paper, from the perspective of a supplier, we studied the influence of the freshness-based discount pricing on the buying behaviors of the customers, built the production plan model of multiple products under productivity constraint with and without the price discount, and then applied it to a numerical case. Next we introduced the gamma distribution to analyze the characteristics of the customer demand for the fresh products, forecast the demand for different products under different pricing decisions to determine the production volume, inventory volume and profit of the corresponding products, and at the end, arrived at the optional production plan and the corresponding discount rate.%主要从供应商的角度研究了基于生鲜品的新鲜度下价格折扣对客户购买行为的影响,构建了在生产能力约束条件下多产品有无价格折扣的生产计划模型,并进行了算例分析.通过引入gamma分布分析客户对生鲜品的需求特点,并对不同产品不同定价下的需求进行预测,进而求出对应产品的生产量、库存量和利润,给出了生产商最优的生产计划及与产品新鲜度相对应的折扣率计算方式.
