中国新疆对塔吉克斯坦物流走廊绩效研究

摘要

中国新疆对塔吉克斯坦贸易有3条物流走廊.建立时间-距离-成本(TCD)的调查表,收集汽车跨国运输每段的车辆运行费用、时间;活动费用、时间;计算中塔3条走廊的运输性能指标.分析表明:5a走廊在时间和成本上均有绝对的优势,对中国具有战略性,但此走廊已不可使用;5b走廊较5c走廊略有时间优势,但不具有成本优势;目前使用的5c走廊较5b具有成本优势,但不具有时间优势.同时对5c走廊的物流绩效进行了详细的分析,指出中塔双方需要对此走廊加强道路基础设施建设,改善通关环境,提高贸易便利化水平.%In this paper, we formulated the time-cost-distance questionnaire form to investigate the transportation performance of the three logistics corridors between Xinjiang and Tajikistan, found that the 5a corridor possessed absolute advantage over the others in terms of time and cost, was of strategic value to China, but was already unusable;the 5b corridor had time advantage over the 5c corridor, but not cost advantage;while the 5c corridor had cost advantage over the 5b corridor but not time advantage. At last, we analyzed in detail the logistics performance of the 5c corridor and pointed out the issues in need of improvement.
