In this paper, we analyzed the connotation and characteristics of third party logistics distribution based on network marketing, elaborated on the importance of logistics distribution in network marketing, pointed out the major problems existing therein, and at the end, accordingly proposed the strategy for its optimization.%分析了基于网络营销的第三方物流配送的内涵和特点,说明了物流配送在网络营销中的重要性,指出了网络营销中第三方物流配送体系存在的主要问题,并针对这些问题提出了第三方物流配送体系的优化对策。
