考虑碳排放约束的多级库存系统协调运营策略

     

摘要

In this paper, we studied the three-echelon supply chain inventory system composed by multiple suppliers, a single manufacturer and multiple retailers, then based on the extended EOQ, established the distributive and centralized decision-making models of the supply chain and through a numerical example, found that setting an overall carbon ceiling for the supply chain could not only realize emissions reduction using lower cost, but also bring additional carbon benefits for the supply chain members;besides, the existence of the carbon ceiling further enhanced the value of the centralized decision-making process of the supply chain. In addition, as compared with the carbon quota allocated by the government, the variation in the carbon price had more pronounced impact on the supply chain while the market mechanism was more effective in emissions control and reduction.%研究多供应商、单制造商、多零售商构成的三级供应链库存系统,考虑节点成员多种产品订货与存储过程中的碳排放,基于扩展EOQ思想建立限额与交易机制下三级供应链分散与集中决策模型,计算实验表明:对供应链整体设定排放限额可以更低成本减少排放,供应链成员还可能获得传统供应链集中决策无法实现的额外碳收益,碳约束的存在,更增加了供应链集中决策价值。此外,相比政府分配碳限额变化,碳价格变动对供应链影响更显著,市场机制对于减排控制更有效。
