In this paper, through literature review and on the basis of an analysis of the order allocation problem currently in the highway freight platform, we established an order allocation model to improve the utility rate of the transportation resources and at the end, through applying the model in a numerical case, pointed out that compared to distributive decision-making, the centralized decision-making could better optimize the transportation resources.%通过文献综述,在分析公路货运平台及订单分配问题现状的基础上,为提高运输资源利用率,建立了订单分配模型;最后,通过算例对模型进行了应用,指出集中决策比分散决策更能优化运输资源.
