应用于大型钢铁企业的区域协同工贸一体化系统

摘要

在高竞争压力，产品同质化的背景下，大型钢铁企业若想提升自身的竞争力，需要依靠成熟的管理手段，整合供应链，通过区域协同使得成员企业能够优势互补。因而建立一个支持区域协同的、集中部署的工贸一体化系统变得十分必要。文中以宝钢国际开发运行的工贸一体化系统为案例，对基于区域协同的企业管理信息系统进行介绍和分析。%In the circumstance of intense competitive pressure and product homogenization,if a steelmaker intends to enhance its competitiveness,it have to mature its management methods,integrate its supply chain,and implement regional cooperation to gain complementary advantages.Therefore,it is extremely necessary to establish a centrally deployed production-trade integrated system to support the regional cooperation.With an example of such an integrated system developed and implemented by Shanghai Baosteel International Economic &Trading Co.,Ltd,this paper presents and analyzes the enterprise management information system for enabling regional cooperation.
