基于创新人才培养的物流管理专业混合式协同教学模式研究

摘要

协同教学作为一种理论体系和教学模式，具有丰富教学形式、提高教学效果、培养教师队伍的优点。文中在对协同教学的理论依据、基本模式和特点进行分析的基础上，结合所在学校的教学实践，从协同教学的内涵、协同教学在物流管理专业人才培养中的重要作用、教学模式的建构与实践三个方面对协同教学模式进行了探讨。%As a kind of theory system and teaching mode ,cooperative teaching has many advantages ;such as various forms of teaching,improving the teaching effect,training of teachers.In this paper,on the base of analyzing the theory basis,the basic pattern and characteristic of cooperative teaching ,combined with the teaching practice of the author's school ,the author discusses the cooperative teaching mode from three aspects of collaborative connotation , the important role of collaborative teaching in logistics management Innovative Talents ,the construction and practice of the teaching mode .
