森马服饰虚拟经营背景下物流中心运作模式探究

     

摘要

In recent years , due to the development of logistics infrastructure in China , activities of the supply chain management have become increasingly frequent ,enterprises pay more and more attention to logistics as “the third profits source”of enterprises in the enterprise cost management and the importance of customer service .This paper is based on the survey of logistics ,which is done in Wenzhou Semir logistics center .Semir adopt the modern model of so called “Virtual operators”,Under these circumstances ,the whole passage is aimed at analyzing the operation flow and the model of the logistics center .Finding out the most suitable and regular logistics center operation mode .Regarding the principle of “avoid weaknesses ,stay strong to weak”as the fundamental ,this perfect model must be the integration of the supply chain ,and try to improve the system of supply chain management .%近年来,我国物流基础设施不断完善,供应链管理活动日益频繁,企业越来越重视物流作为企业的“第三利润源”在企业成本管理以及客户服务上的重要性,文中正是基于温州森马集团物流中心,在森马集团将服饰生产外包的“虚拟经营”背景下,对物流中心运作流程、模式等方面进行分析,探究出森马集团在正常运作的最基本前提下,以“扬长避短,留强去弱”为原则,集中力量开展属于企业自身的强项业务,整合供应链,完善供应链管理系统的物流中心运作模式。
