As international trade develops,the function of harbor becomes plentiful,at the same time,the radiation ability of port logistics to logistics activities nearby receives more attention.Under such background that competition between port becomes more intense,the center city has to improve its competitiveness.This paper sees port logistics competitiveness as the ability to attract freight flow and resources.The search starts from the two aspects and find out some factors based on previous studies.All factors are divided in two groups one of which is qualitative factors and the other is quantitative factors.Quantitative factors are evaluated by gray correlation method to find out which one is more influential to competition.As a result,some factors can influence storage in transit,but they are not the factors to port logistics competition.What's more,ability,cost and efficiency are very important.At last,this paper arrives at some suggestions to improve the competitiveness of Shanghai harbor.%随着国际贸易的发展，港口的功能越来越丰富，港口物流因为对周边物流活动的辐射能力也越来越受到重视，在港口竞争日益激烈的大背景下，中心港口城市只有不断提升港口物流竞争力才能立于不败之地。文中将港口物流竞争力理解为吸引货流的能力和吸引资源积聚的能力，并从这两个角度出发研究港口物流竞争力的影响因素，文中在现有文献的基础上从波特的钻石模型出发得出一系列评价港口物流竞争力的因素，一部分是定性的，一部分是定量的，定量指标通过灰色关联度求出了与竞争力的关联度大小。通过分析发现，能力、成本和效率是影响港口物流的竞争力水平的重要因素。研究中结合上海港口物流的具体案例，并得出上海自贸区的设立可以有效提升港口物流竞争力的结论。
