An assessment of domestic manufacturers of jewelry focusing on the technical, management and marketing aspects applicable both industrywide and to specific segments of the industry and the development of recommendations to be used by the industry in order to regain and maintain its viability and competitiveness in the fact of increasing imports. It includes a comprehensive analysis of the jewelry production and manufacturing industry in the U.S., in the international market for jewelry and related articles, and the impact on the industry of precious metals market conditions in the past two years.
