Nantong bordering on the Changjiang River and facing the Yellow sea,large quantities and types of ships ,the coastal construction raging fire and the inland link intensively interlocking , maritime security can’t be ignored .The essay mainly analyses the status of Nantong Maritime search and rescue, basically proposes some relevant strategies.%南通滨江临海，长江船舶流量大、种类多，沿海施工如火如荼，内河干线密集交错，水上安全形势不容小觑。文中主要分析了南通市水上搜救体制运行状况，在此基础上提出了相关的对策。
