福建省光伏产业集群持续创新网络能力评价研究

摘要

通过构建光伏产业集群持续创新网络能力指标体系，运用熵值法改进的三角白化权函数对福建省光伏产业指标数据进行实证评价，得出了福建省光伏产业集群持续创新网络能力处于波动上升的趋势，但是也仍然存在创新人才投入不足、核心专利技术缺乏等问题，并依此提出建议。%By constructing photovoltaic industry cluster's sustainable innovation network capability index model,we use Entropy-Triangle Whiten Function method to calculate photovoltaic industry index data in Fujian.Then we draw a conclusion that photovoltaic industry cluster's sustainable innovation network capacity in Fujian always be in the volatility rise,but meanwhile there are still some drawbacks such as lacking of innovative talents and core patents and technology,also at last we make some suggestions.
