基于封闭供应链的水产品安全可追溯系统研究

摘要

为保障水产品的质量安全，实现水产品供应链的全程追溯。文中结合封闭供应链的思想，深入分析水产品封闭供应链的设计要素，研究了水产品封闭供应链的运作模式。同时，利用RFID和WSN 技术提出了水产品封闭供应链环境下的安全可追溯系统。%This paper is committed to ensuring the safety of aquatic products,and implementing the traceability management on the whole process of the aquatic products supply chain.Combined with the concept of closed supply chain,we deep analysis the design elements and the operation mode of the closed aquatic products supply chain.And then,under the closed supply chain ment of aquatic products,we put forward the safety traceability system by the RFID and WSN technology.
