库存退役报废弹药收缴运输安全风险及规避对策研究

This paper summarizes the main characteristics of retired or worthless ammunition confiscated work and transport,and analyzes the security risks.Then,it puts forward some prevention countermeasures to prevent the safety accidents.%文中总结了库存退役报废弹药收缴运输工作的特点，分析了收缴运输工作中存在的安全风险，提出了规避风险的对策，为有效防止安全事故的发生提供借鉴。
