看板拉动与生产拉动系统对比研究

Automobile manufacturing production process needs a variety of components,material delivery requirements JIT ( Just In Time) lean production model,reduce inventory and materials frequently warning. By paper Kanban pull,production pull systems are two ways to achieve the production line filling material. Through elaborate kanban pull and production pull systems advantages and disadvantages of how to properly select the material driven approach to achieve maximum efficiency.%汽车制造业生产过程中需求的零部件多种多样，物料配送要求JIT( Just In Time)精益生产模式，减少库存浪费和物料频繁预警。可通过纸质看板拉动、生产拉动系统两种方式实现生产线物料填充。通过阐述看板拉动与生产拉动系统优劣势，研究如何合理选择物料拉动方式，实现最大效益。
