近红外光谱在酒精发酵过程检测中的应用

         

摘要

The application of near-infrared spectroscopy DA7200 to determine the processing products, oligosaccharides, and organic acids in the liquefying process, saccharifying process, and fermenting process of alcohol was elaborated. The improvement of sampling apparatus and the improvement effects of calibration model by HPLC double detector system were discussed and their accuracy and repeatability verification were carfled out. The results suggested that NIR could be used for the determination ofoligosaccharides and organic acids and could provide useful reference for the control of processing products in fermenting industry.%论述了近红外光谱DA7200在酒精发酵过程检测中的应用,对液化、糖化、发酵工序的过程产物、低聚糖及有机酸的检测,探讨了改善进样装置及HPLC双检测器系统对定标模型的改进效果,并进行了准确性和重复性验证。结果表明,近红外光谱法可以满足低聚糖及有机酸的检测要求,为发酵工业提供了过程产物控制的参考方法。
