纤维素酶分离纯化方法的研究进展

摘要

概述了纤维素酶常规的分离纯化方法，并对一些新的分离纯化方法如双水相萃取技术、反胶束萃取技术、高效液相色谱技术作了简要介绍。%The routine separation and purification methods of ceUulase were reviewed and some latest separation and purification methods were introduced including two-aqueous phase extraction technology, reversed micelle extraction and high performance liquid chromatography.
