早期小骨窗开颅治疗高血压脑出血疗效分析

摘要

Objective: To explore the effect of early small trauma craniotomy in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods: The clinical data of 23 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage accepted early small trauma craniotomy were analyzed retrospectively from Jan 2007 to Jul 2009. Results: Among the 23 cases,22 cases were alive and 1 case died of pneumonia infection. Conclusions: Early small trauma craniotomy is one of the effective ways to treat hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.%　　目的：探讨早期小骨窗开颅手术治疗高血压脑出血的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析我科2007年1月至2009年7月应用早期小骨窗开颅手术治疗高血压脑出血23例的临床资料。结果：23例中术后存活22例,1例死于肺部感染。结论：早期小骨窗开颅手术是治疗高血压脑出血的有效方法之一。
