家用可调光LED照明电源设计

             

摘要

介绍了一种用于市电环境下的可调光LED灯具电源的设计方法.220 V 50 Hz的交流电经过双向可控硅切相调压后送入电源,电源内部进行整流并通过BUCK降压处理输出到LED负载.电源设计以恩智浦半导体(NXP Semiconductors)SSL2101芯片为核心,通过采集输入电压中的切相信号分量感知调光指令,改变PWM频率即占空比,实现与普通白炽灯相当的调光效果.实验表明,该电源方案切实可行,具有效率高,体积小的特点,已实用于家庭调光灯泡中.%A design of dimmable LED power supply for 220 Vac is introduced. The input 220 Vac 50Hz power went through a cutting phase dimmer regulator firstly, and then the power was transferred to LED by a BUCK circuit. Based on the control of SSL2101 and measuring the dimming command from the cut phase waveshape, the frequency and duty cycle of PWM was controlled to obtain the LED lamp dimmable; the dimmable effect is similar to a nominal electric incandescent lamp. The test result shows that this design of dimmable LED power supply is feasible and has high efficiency and small size. It has been used in household lighting products.
