游戏机手柄上盖注射模设计

摘要

The paper analyzed the technological features of the plastic lid handle for game, Introduced the lid handle for game of injection mould design and working process. The mold's gate open was set on the mandrel, condensate material was automatically pulled off in the classification, at the same time changed curved surface type into a flat surface type,thus reduce the difficulty of mould processing and cost, improve the injection & ejection-stability. The production practice showed that the mould structure was rational and operation was reliable.
