Using ANSYS software for the temperature field analysis of high temperature corrosion-online monitoring mechanism, the paper analyzed the temperature distribution of the central axis of the probe pole and the radial of the thermal insulation layer. Taking the data more demanding than on-site as analog data, calculated the convection heat transfer coefficient of the pipeline inside and outside with high accurate experience formula in heat transfer. The simulation results have a guiding role to the design and selection of sealing filler, probe, thermal insulation layer, gate valve, flange and so on. Analysis shows that the error of the temperature of thermal insulation layer wall compared with the theoretical calculation is less than 0. 02% , the design and selection of components can be used to the high temperature pipe.
