自动圆形锯片磨刀机的控制系统设计

摘要

In order to solve the problems of high labor intensity,low control precision and potential safety hazard in the traditional circular saw blade sharpener.A new type of automatic circular saw blade sharpener was developed,which adopt PLC as the control core device,touch screen,frequency converter,stepper motor drive,pneumatic transmission and other modern control equipments to improve the automation degree of the sharpener and control accuracy.The practice proves that the sharpener control system is stable,safe,reliable,and has the value of popularization.%为了解决传统圆形锯片磨刀机劳动强度大、控制精度低及存在安全隐患等问题,研究出一种新型的自动圆形锯片磨刀机.该磨刀机采用可编程控制器为控制核心器件,辅以触摸屏、变频器、步进电机驱动器及气压传动等现代控制设备,以提高磨刀机的自动化程度和控制精度.实践运行证明,该磨刀机的控制系统稳定,安全可靠,具有推广价值.
