筛网倾斜式筛分装置物料运动轨迹研究

         

摘要

At present,most of screening equipment is bulky,expensive and not convenient to carry,and there is a lack of screening equipment especially for material preparation.Aimed at the existing defects,a screening device with inclined screens used for preparation was designed.Based on screening theory of single particle,the mathematical formula about trajectory of the material on the sieve were deduced.The motion trajectory of the material under given conditions was simulated by the multi-body dynamics software ADAMS.It was found that,once falling from the inclined screen,the material could return to the top of the inclined screen by the exciting force,and the inclined screen was used repeatedly and the desired design objectives was achieved in the conditions of the 100 mm diameter screen,960 r/s motor speed.and 5 degrees tilt angle of screen.The research results can make up the deficiency and provides the reference for further related study.%目前筛分设备大多笨重,价格较高而且不宜携带,缺乏专门针对物料制样的筛分设备.针对现存问题,设计一种用于制样的筛网倾斜式小型筛分装置,以单颗粒筛分理论为基础,对物料在筛网上的运动轨迹进行了数学推导.借用多体动力学软件ADAMS对物料在给定条件下的运动轨迹进行了仿真.通过研究发现,在筛面直径100 mm,电机转速960r/s,倾斜角度5°的实验条件下,物料从倾斜筛面高处落下后,可以在激振力作用下回到倾斜筛面高处,重复利用倾斜筛面进行筛分,达到预期设计目的.该研究成果可以弥补现有装置的不足,为后续相关研究提供参考.
