信息弱势群体信息需求及信息行为的实证研究——基于黑龙江省公共图书馆的调查

摘要

The inferior position on the information will make informational vulnerable groups' social position and development more invulnerable, in that way social problems of information polarization will have been further aggravated. Therefore, researching information demands and information behaviors of informational vulnerable groups contribute to know their status quos and problems, and then valid information assistance is provided and this social problem can be solved. The readers in Heilongjiang Province public libraries were investigated, from whom we selected informational vulnerable groups' basic information and status quos of information demands, information access, information communication and information utilization, and the reasons caused by which were explored.%弱势群体在信息上的弱势使信息两极分化的社会问题愈加严重.因此,研究信息弱势群体的信息需求及信息行为,有助于洞悉其现状及问题,进而有针对性地提供有效的建议解决这一社会性问题.文章通过对黑龙江省各公共图书馆读者进行调查,详细分析了信息弱势群体的基本情况、信息需求、信息查询、信息交流和信息利用等几个方面的现状,并探讨了导致不同类型信息弱势群体信息行为现状的原因.
