西部地区高校图书馆服务社会的现实困境与突破路径

摘要

我国西部地区高校图书馆服务社会的现实困境出发，并通过现状调研与发达地区的典型案例分析，以期推动西部地区高校图书馆社会化服务进程。在调研基础上，对致困因素进行分析，提出致困理论模型；并借鉴发达地区典型案例和实践经验，提出西部地区高校图书馆服务社会的突破路径及对策建议，建立符合实际的社会化服务机制，以便更好地参与西部地区文化扶贫及公共文化服务体系建设。%Based on the predicament of university libraries’ community service in Western China, investigation and typical cases are analyzed to promote the community service process of university libraries.The paper analyzes factors that cause the dififculty, and puts forward the model of the predicament based on investigation. On the basis of typical cases and practical experience in developed areas, the breakthrough path and countermeasures for the university libraries’ community service in Western China are put forward.The current situation of the university libraries’ community service in Western China is pessimistic, and university libraries should expand community service and establish a practical service mechanism to participate in cultural poverty alleviation and public cultural service system construction in Western China through giving full play to their resources, technology and talent advantage.
