英国高校图书馆用户禁止性规范分析

摘要

User's prohibited norms of British university libraries involve reader's in and out, borrowing and reading, behavior in the library, Using of library resources and facilities, protection of privacy and copyright, using of specific areas, off-campus users and user's security. Although the norms are more comprehensive, and there are also some deficiencies .They can be improved as follows paying full attention to user's prohibitive norms; Displaying intensively user's prohibitive norms;Stating clearly user's prohibitive norms; Catering to user's reading behaviors under new media environment; combining regulations with reasons to manage users.%英国高校图书馆用户禁止性规范涵盖用户出入馆、借阅、馆内举止、馆内资源和设施使用、隐私和版权保护、特定区域使用、校外用户和用户安全等,内容虽比较全面,但也存在一些不足.最后提出如下建议:全面重视用户禁止性规范;集中展示用户禁止性规范;明确表述用户禁止性规范;迎合新媒体环境下的用户阅读行为;以章律人与以理服人相结合.以期对我国高校图书馆用户服务工作有所借鉴.
