用户在线隐私保护行为研究述评*

摘要

Guided by information ecology, fifty representative papers are selected to make an analysis of current studies on users’ online privacy protection behaviors, aiming to make clear such key factors as information enactor, information, information technology and information environment. It is found out that there has been a fairly systematic knowledge system for the research on users’ online privacy protection behaviors at home and abroad, but there is still much to do to improve the richness of theoretical models, the diversity of research methods and the comprehensiveness of influencing factors. Therefore, in the future, more theoretical perspectives, such as information science, journalism, psychology, behavioral science and sociology, should be adopted to explore the impact of cultural contexts, interactive experiences and other factors on online privacy protection behaviors, and to mine the characteristics of privacy sales and privacy ownership which are related to privacy protection behaviors.%文章筛选出与用户在线隐私保护行为相关的50篇代表性研究文献,基于信息生态视角,从信息人、信息、信息技术和信息环境等方面梳理了用户在线隐私保护行为影响因素的研究现状.新媒体环境下的用户在线隐私保护行为研究已形成较系统的知识体系,但在理论模型的丰富性、研究方法的多样性及影响因素的全面性等方面尚有不足.基于信息科学、新闻传播学、心理学、行为学和社会学等交叉学科视角,探究文化情境、交互体验等因素对在线隐私保护行为的作用机理、挖掘与隐私保护相关的隐私出售、隐私所有权等隐私行为特点等成为未来可能的研究方向.
