基于区块链技术的网络版权保护*

摘要

互联网技术的高速发展为作品的数字化传播提供了新的渠道和技术支持,但也导致网络版权侵权现象加剧,而传统的网络版权保护机制尚无法解决网络版权确权、交易与维权等方面的问题.区块链技术的发展及去中心化和不可篡改性的优势为网络版权的确权、交易、存证提供了新的途径,但依然无法解决作品"原创性""确定损失额"等难题.文章基于区块链技术,分析区块链技术在网络版权保护中的应用前景及存在的问题,并提出相应的对策.%The rapidly developing Internet technologies not only provides new channels and technical supports for the digital dissemination of works, but also lead to more network copyright infringements. Meanwhile, the traditional mechanism of network copyright protection cannot solve the problems of confirmation, transaction and protection of network copyright. As a result, blockchain technologies could play a key role in solving such problems because of their advantages of decentralization and non-destructive modification. However, blockchain technologies have failed to determine the originality of works, the loss caused by network copyright infringements and other severe problems. In the end, some corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
