This article takes the ten-year data on the topic of diabetes in the online medical community"haodf. com" to reveal the characteristics of patients, doctors, and question-answer records. Here are research results:the patient’s illness covers all types of diabetes and there are multiple complications. Patients with longer duration of illnesses prefer consulting online, and most of the patients’ allergies are caused by ingested or injection allergens. There is a positive correlation between doctors’clinical titles and their teaching and research titles. The hospitals in which the doctors work are characterized as concentration and dispersion: a small number of hospitals attract most patients to consultation. The doctors are from different departments. Active doctors come primarily from tertiary hospitals, and most of them belong to endocrinology departments.
