微信信息焦虑的量表开发与应用

摘要

This paper reports the development and applications of the WeChat Information Anxiety Scale. The scale includes anxieties on information retrieval, information quality, information processing, information security, information dependence, information absence, etc. It further explores the applicability of the scale to test the anxiety level of college students when using WeChat. The result shows that college students are experiencing information anxiety from many aspects. Moreover, the level of college students’ self-awareness of information anxiety is lower than their actual anxiety level. Therefore, attention should be paid to the negative impact of WeChat information anxiety on students’ psychological health.%网络环境下,微信作为社交工具对社会生活的渗透越来越深入,在便利生活的同时也成为焦虑的来源之一.文章采用访谈法、问卷调查法,编制微信信息焦虑量表,量表包括信息检索焦虑、信息质量焦虑、信息处理焦虑、信息安全焦虑、信息依赖焦虑、信息缺失焦虑六个维度,应用该量表测试大学生微信信息焦虑水平的适用性.调查结果表明,大学生普遍存在多种复合型微信信息焦虑,自我认知层次的信息焦虑低于实际信息焦虑状况,其中微信的信息质量最容易引发信息焦虑感.文章为微信信息焦虑问题的测量提供参考,呼吁全社会关注由信息引发的微信用户心理健康问题.
