With the development of Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) in China, foreign experience can be used as reference. The paper gives an interpretation of the newly released fourth annual ALIA LIS Education, Skills and Employment Trend Report, analyzing the LIS institutions, the LIS students, the LIS education, skills and employment trend. According to the development of MLIS in China, this paper brings forward some suggestions concerning to course accreditation,resource integration of elective courses,personnel training cooperative with related agencies.%文章从提供LIS教育的组织机构现状、接受LIS教育的学生情况、就业情况、LIS教育、技能和就业趋势等方面对《ALIA图情学教育、技能和就业趋势报告》进行解读.针对我国图书情报专业硕士教育现状,从课程认证机制、选修课程资源整合、相关机构人才培养合作等方面提出建议.
