"一带一路"战略离不开语言服务,语言大数据的版权问题突出.文章调研云环境下"一带一路"语言数据增长现状,分析云环境下"一带一路"语言数据的版权客体范畴,归纳云环境下"一带一路"语言数据版权风险类别,提出云环境下"一带一路"语言数据版权风险化解对策.%Language service is essential to the Belt and Road Initiative. The copyright problems of language big data are very prominent. This paper investigates the current status of language data, and analyzes the corresponding copyright object related to Belt and Road Initiative in the context of cloud computing. Then it summarizes the copyright risk categories of language data and puts forward the corresponding counter measures.
