In recent years, the induction training target for new librarians in foreign libraries is undergoing profound changes, which emphasizes the training of librarians’professional quality, and pays more attention to the critical thinking and reflective ability of them. The induction training for new librarians with"professional development"as the guidance is the beginning of the librarians’career development.
