科研人员数据共享意愿及影响因素研究述评

摘要

在调研国内外有关科研人员数据共享意愿研究的基础上,归纳当前科研人员数据共享意愿的特征:科研人员的数据共享意愿具有邻避效应、遵循公平原则,且受到多方面因素的综合影响.文章梳理科研人员数据共享意愿的影响因素,包括个人背景、外部政策、共享成本、支撑技术和数据质量,并指出当前研究存在的不足:研究数量仍然较少、研究方法单一、研究结论不一致,并给出相应建议.%Based on the review on data sharing willingness of scientific researchers, the article summarizes the characteristics of the willingness: having NIMBY effect, following fair principle and being influenced by many factors. This article summarizes the factors affecting the sharing willingness of scientific researchers, including personal background, external policy, sharing cost, support technology and data quality, and points out the shortcoming of the current research: the number of research and research methods are deficient, and the research conclusions are inconsistent. In the end, it puts forward corresponding suggestions.
