论数字馆藏知识选择的国家控制和个人控制

摘要

Knowledge selection is the inevitable step in digital collection. On one hand, the government will maintain its national con-trol on the selection with certain technologies. On the other, with the development of technologies and the emergence of reader-decision acquisition, personal control is going to play an important role in the selection. Therefore, in the process of construction of digital library collection, the Game between"national control"and"personal control"is inevitable. The organic integration of the two kinds of control is more reasonable and will lead to the right development direction of digital collection construction.%在数字馆藏建设过程中必然会发生知识选择，一方面，国家会保持权力控制，通过与技术联合，对馆藏知识选择进行“国家控制”；另一方面，随着社会科技不断发展和进步以及读者决策采购的兴起，“个人控制”在馆藏知识选择过程中也将发挥重要作用，因此图书馆数字馆藏建设过程中，必然会是“国家控制”与“个人控制”相互博弈的过程。将二者有机融合，促使馆藏知识结构更加合理，是数字馆藏建设的发展方向。
