我国图书馆信息网络传播权例外适用及著作权风险应对策略

摘要

The resources construction of library and its information dissemination function are related closely to copyright. The li-brary exception defined in the Regulations for the Protection of Information Network Spreading Right is too limited and the article puts forward some countermeasures for the libraries of mainland to avoid the risk of copyright infringement.%图书馆资源建设和信息传播的职能与著作权关系密切，我国《信息网络传播权保护条例》中规定的图书馆享有的信息网络传播权例外过于狭窄。文章通过分析我国和国外立法实践，提出了在数字环境下我国图书馆从信息网络传播权例外角度规避著作权侵权风险的策略。
