基于工业工程理念的图书馆精益管理策略

摘要

In view of management problems in current libraries,such as management idea backward;service level low;the information service efficiency and the user satisfaction not high,the paper introduces industrial engi-neering concepts into library management,constructs the lean house for library lean management.Some measure such as 5 S activity,5 W1 H technology,JIT,human factors engineering,standardization and the continuous improvement are put forwards,to realize the library lean management,which can improve the operational efficiency of the library and information service ability.%针对当前图书馆存在的管理理念落后、服务层次较低、信息服务效率和用户满意度不高等问题，将工业工程理念引入图书馆管理中，构建了图书馆精益管理的精益屋。并提出5 S活动、5 W1 H技术、JIT、人因工程、标准化与持续改善等具体措施，实现对图书馆的精益管理策略，提高图书馆的运作效率和信息服务能力。
