高校图书馆地方文库建设相关问题刍议--以河南师范大学图书馆新乡文库为例

摘要

The rise of constructing local repository in university libraries is not accidental,but the natural re﹣sult of serving university central work,local cultural studies,university library self - perfection and other factors. The construction mechanism of local repository is relatively complex and involves multiple elements. In the advancing process,we need the support from all walks of life,properly coordinate the relationship with other parties and strengthen the team construction. The construction of local repository in university libraries has wide meaning such as serving university work,improving the function of university library,promoting university library transformation,col﹣lecting,collating,preserving and displaying local literature,serving local economic and social development,sprea﹣ding and inheriting local culture. Besides,it has the function of humanistic quality education and providing material support for local chronicle compiling.%高校图书馆地方文库建设是在服务所属高校中心工作、地方文化研究兴起，高校图书馆自我完善等因素共同促使下的必然结果。高校图书馆地方文库建设的机制较为复杂，牵涉多个要素，在推进的过程中既需要社会各界的支持，又需要妥善协调与各方的关系以及加强团队建设。高校图书馆地方文库的建设具有广泛意义，它在服务学校中心工作，完善高校图书馆功能，促进高校图书馆转型，搜集、整理、保存与展示地方文献，服务地方经济社会建设，弘扬与传承地方文化的同时，还具有人文素质教育的功能以及能够为地方志书的编纂提供材料支撑。
