我国高校图书馆勤工助学研究现状与发展趋势

摘要

At present, researches on work-study programs of university libraries in China focus on the significant meaning, working content, management and political background of work-study programs of university libraries. However, the practical work of work-study programs is lack of scientific management, has blank administrative policies and regulations, while work-study students have weak psychological quality universally. Accordingly, university libraries should take work-study programs as the important component of development strategies, enhance the training of work-study students, and build the work team for work-study students, so as to improve the level and technology content of work-study programs, and benefit libraries and students jointly in work-study programs.%目前我国高校图书馆勤工助学研究集中于勤工助学的重要意义、勤工助学工作内容、图书馆勤工助学工作的管理及勤工助学的政策背景。然而，在实践工作中普遍存在缺乏科学管理、行政政策与法规空白、勤工助学学生心理素质较差等问题。为此，高校图书馆应将勤工助学工作作为发展战略的重要组成部分，加强勤工助学学生的培训，组建勤工助学学生工作团队，从而提升勤工助学工作的层次与技术含量，使图书馆与勤工助学学生共同受益。
