世界级国家图书馆关键成功因素分析

摘要

National Library of China should seize the historic opportunity of the vigorous development and prosperity of culture,and actively analyze key successful factors and experience of other national libraries in the world,in order to provide reference for the development.US Library of Congress,the British Library and National Library of Australia are well known world-class national libraries.Though these national libraries have different key successful factors,there are some common characteristics： taking the international perspective and the global footprint;optimizing and consolidating the basis of collections at full steam;serving user guidance,and stressing brand effect;paying attention to cooperation;building the sustainable,systematic strategic management system.Their successful experience could provide useful reference for the further development of National Library of China.%我国国家图书馆应紧紧抓住文化大发展大繁荣的历史机遇,积极分析其他国家图书馆的关键成功因素与经验,为自身的发展提供借鉴。美国国会图书馆、英国国家图书馆和澳大利亚国家图书馆是公认的世界级国家图书馆,虽然其关键成功因素各不相同,但仍具有一些共同点：采取国际化视野、全球性占位;不遗余力地优化、巩固馆藏资源基础;以用户需求为导向,品牌效应显著;善于合作;拥有持续、系统的战略管理体系。这些成功经验为我国国家图书馆的进一步发展提供了有益参考。
