第29届奥运会中外优秀女选手平衡木动作的编排特征

摘要

采用文献资料、录像观察、数理统计和比较等方法,系统分析了中、外优秀女选手平衡木成套A分价值动作的编排特征.结果发现:在满足规则要求的前提下,减少计入A分价值的舞蹈类动作,相对增加较多的技巧类动作,并以较少的"单动作"配合较多的"二个以上动作的连接"、或以较多的"单动作"结合较少的"二个以上动作的连接"来构成具有高连接价值的一套10个最高难度动作,分别是中、外优秀女选手平衡木成套A分动作编排的主要特征;而保持现有成套动作难度价值和技术风格的编排,也是中国顶尖选手近期内比赛所应采取的最佳选择.%By using documents, video observation, statistics, and comparing, this article systemically analyzes the balance-beam composition characteristics of outstanding Chinese and foreign gymnasts in the 29th Olympic Games. The results show that decreasing dancing actions and increasing skilful ones in A value group are the main characteristics of composition of outstanding Chinese and foreign gymnasts, and it is the best choice for Chinese top players to compete in latest competitions to keep the compositions of existing difficulty whole exercise and technical styles.
