为了解和掌握沈阳市高中教师的体质状况，进一步有针对性开展全民健身运动并且为提高国民体质提供相关的依据，本文对沈阳市新民高中部分教师进行问卷调查、体质测试，并对测试结果进行统计分析，结果表明该高中教师的体质合格率达到90.6%，整体的优秀率达到了30.9%。针对这一情况，应加强全民健身理念的宣传与教育，在合理营养的前提下，进行科学的体育锻炼，从而增强体质、促进健康。%The article choose some teachers in Xinmin senior middle school to questionnaire survey and take physique test to know the physique situation of high school teachers of Shenyang,targeted develop nationwide fitness campaign and provide a basis for improve national physique. The result shows that the proficiency of high teachers’physique reaches 90.6%,excellent rate reaches 30.9%. In order to solve this situation,we should strengthen propaganda and education of the idea of national exercise,meanwhile in the context of rational nutrition,do scientific physical exercise to strengthen physique and promote health.
