跆拳道裁判员执裁能力现状调查与发展对策研究--以北京体育大学为例

摘要

This article investigates the current situation of taekwondo referees’theoretical level and enforcement capacity in Beijing sport university,so as to find out existing problems and weak links,and insufficient,then put forward the corresponding development countermeasures to further embody the value and role of the umpire in the game.%对北京体育大学跆拳道裁判员理论水平和执裁能力现状进行调查，针对存在的问题提出相应的发展对策，从而体现裁判员在这项运动中的价值及其在比赛中的作用。
