DO及絮凝剂对移动床膜生物反应器运行效果影响的研究

     

摘要

The moving bed biofilm reactor (MBBR) is an efficient technology for wastewater treatment and reuse. It has many advantages, such as good treating effect, stable operation, flexible control and small floor space. So it has been widely used in the field of sewage treatment and reuse. In this paper, the impact of DO and addition of PAFC on MBBR reactor was studied. The results showed that the average concentrations of COD in effluents from PAFC-MBBR and common MBBR were 9.72 mg/L and 15.66 mg/L, respectively when DO was 3.5 mg/L. DO had a greater influence on the removal of NH4+-N. When DO was 3.5 mg/L, the removal rate of NH4+-N was the highest, more than 85%. Under the same dissolved oxygen, the COD removal efficiency of PAFC-MBBR was higher than that of ordinary MBBR, and the addition of PAFC reduced the effect of lower dissolved oxygen on the removal of NH4+-N, which was beneficial to the removal of NH4+-N.%移动床膜生物反应器(MBBR)是一项高效的污水处理与回用新技术,具有出水水质好、运行稳定、控制灵活、占地面积小等优点,在污水处理与中水回用领域已得到广泛的应用.本文针对DO及投加PAFC对MBBR反应器的影响展开研究,结果表明:当DO=3.5 mg/L,PAFC-MBBR和普通MBBR的COD平均浓度分别为9.72 mg/L、15.66 mg/L;DO对NH4+-N去除影响较大,DO=3.5 mg/l,NH4+-N的去除率最高,可达85%以上;在相同溶解氧下,PAFC-MBBR的COD去除效果要高于普通MBBR,且投加PAFC可减小溶解氧较低对NH4+-N去除的影响,有利于NH4+-N的去除.
